The Ocracoke School coaching staff will take on the island’s enforcement officers in a high-stakes softball game today; the high-stakes being a lot of ego. All proceeds will be used to benefit the school’s Field Day 2016.
The fun will start at 5 p.m. today at the Ocracoke Community Park. There will be commemorative t-shirts, concessions and a cake raffle. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children.
