Temporarily in the Deepwater Theater, School Road. Open from noon to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Storywalk (along Robbie’s Way). No parking along the street.

Open for boat slip rentals and trailer parking permits; three restrooms in are open. NPS campground open all year. NPS campground reservations, and ORV permits available at http://www.recreation.gov.

Hyde County Transit giving Ocracoke islanders rides “up the beach” to Dare County as general transportation. Free to those 60+. For others, $3.20 to Avon; $5 for the Outer Banks trips. Call to schedule. 252-926-1637
