Cape Hatteras National Seashore will host a beach cleanup on Ocracoke from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, March 30.

Participants are asked to meet park staff at the Ocracoke Day Use Area (Lifeguard Beach) to check in, and to bring leather gloves, water, snacks and sunscreen. Wear appropriate clothing, including closed toe shoes and hats. Trash bags will be provided.

Children under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian with them.
