Gaffer’s: Waterhigh, 8 p.m.

Saturday, April 29

Run Fest Weekend: 5K/10K on Saturday at 8 a.m. followed by the Family Fun Run at 10 a.m.; Half-marathon Sunday at 8 a.m.

Ocracoke Community Park:  Youth Baseball League games, noon and 2 p.m. Concessions available.

Ocracoke Oyster Co.: Martin Garrish, 6:30 p.m.

Gaffer’s: Waterhigh, 8 p.m.

Ocracoke Community Center: “Fiesta Latina,” 6 p.m. to midnight. The first of monthly “bailes” (dances) throughout the summer. Mexican food available at 6 p.m. Cash bar and sodas available all night. $5 to enter. Proceeds benefit the Festival Latino de Ocracoke, Saturday, Nov. 11.
