From the National Weather Service: A strong low pressure system will pass off the coast Monday night (March 10) and Tuesday. This system will bring gusty winds and possibly minor coastal flooding as well as ocean overwash, rough surf, minor beach erosion. The greatest risk for impacts will be along oceanside areas from Oregon Inlet to Cape Lookout.
