Ocracoke Island has geared up for the return of visitors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Restaurants that are open may serve takeout, limited inside dining and outdoor dining in this “Safer at Home Phase 2” of reopening North Carolina, which continues to Sept. 11 and requires wearing of face coverings in public places.
