Ocracoke Island is gearing up for the return of visitors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic–May 11 for non-resident property owners and May 16 for visitors.
Restaurants that are open may serve takeout or limited at-table dining in this “Safer at Home Phase 2” of reopening North Carolina. Personal services (gyms, massages) are not yet open. See story here.
